We want you to love your Entire Me purchase as much as do, so if you are unhappy with your purchase or believe the item(s) are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately with details and photos so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Entire Me will refund or exchange any piece of jewellery (excluding Sale items) due to a manufacturing defect, however we may ask that you return the item in its original condition and packaging, prior to a refund or exchange being honoured.
As you can appreciate items come and go from our inventory. In the event of an exchange and the item is no longer in stock, we may ask that you select another item of the same value, alternatively we are happy to recommend items that could be similar to the original purchase.
In the event of a refund, only the cost of the product will be refunded, postage costs are exempt from refunds. Entire Me reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange and it should be noted that a refund will not be given for a change of mind or incorrect sizing, however an exchange or online credit is available.
For the safety of others and hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
